On May 30, 2025, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada, Yuliya Kovaliv, took part in a panel discussion as part of the YPC SUMMIT 25 youth political summit in Ottawa. The event gathered ambassadors of Finland, Germany, Poland, Estonia, and the EU, as well as young political leaders from across Canada.

On the eve of the G7 Summit, the discussion focused on the shared challenges facing democratic countries, the importance of unity, and continued support for Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression.

The Ambassador thanked the organizers for creating a space for sincere dialogue beyond partisan lines and highlighted the active stance of Canadian youth, their solidarity, and the ideas that are changing the world.
