A tranche of nearly USD 300 million from the Government of Canada has been transferred to Ukraine's State Budget.

Thus, since the beginning of the full-scale war, Canada’s direct budgetary support to Ukraine has reached USD 5.4 billion.

“Canada ranks among the top five providers of budgetary support to Ukraine since February 2022. Thanks to these funds, we are able to maintain financial stability in Ukraine and continue covering the priority expenditures of the state budget. I thank the Government of Canada for its unwavering support,” said Ukraine’s Minister of Finance, Sergii Marchenko.
