The development of the sea coast with modern high class hotel complexes is

planned on the territory in Kherson region. The project envisages

the construction of wide quay, equipped beach areas, sports and entertainment

complexes, as well as providing of engineering facilities, electrical grids and

deepening of the lake, the construction of the connecting canal and banks'

protection. Modern hotel complexes are designed for accommodation of over 30 000 visitors at a time. Particular attention will be paid to the construction of recreational complexes of year-round functioning. There are explored deposits of iodine-bromine thermal waters with 70-90 ° С temperature on the territory.
