The vehicles, funded through donations from Canadian citizens, are fully equipped to transport critically ill patients.
These ambulances will reinforce the fleets of Emergency Medical and Disaster Response Centers in the Zakarpattia, Lviv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Khmelnytskyi regions.
In the face of constant shelling and bombings by the enemy forces, as well as the deliberate destruction of medical infrastructure, we are doing everything possible to ensure medical assistance for patients. The efficient and effective operation of emergency medical services is critically important — it’s about saving lives and safeguarding the health of countless people.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners who help us maintain the functionality of emergency services, particularly by renewing the vehicle fleets, which, unfortunately, also frequently become targets of the enemy. To date, 261 ambulances have been destroyed, 165 damaged, and 125 stolen.
