This weekend, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada, Yuliya Kovaliv, participated in the incredible Bloor West Village Toronto Ukrainian Festival 2024. This vibrant celebration of Ukrainian culture, now in its 28th year, brought together the Ukrainian community and friends of Ukraine in Canada.
A particularly touching moment for everyone present was a video greeting from Ukraine's First Lady, Olena Zelenska, addressed to the Ukrainian community. She sincerely thanked them for their unwavering support for Ukraine, especially over the past two years of resistance against Russian aggression.
One of the festival highlights was the presentation of works by the talented Ukrainian illustrator Nikita Titov. His creations take viewers on a visual journey into modern Ukrainian identity, reflecting the strength and resilience of our people.
We are deeply grateful to the festival organizers for preserving this wonderful tradition, which has become a symbol of unity and cultural connection between Ukraine and Canada.
Thank you to everyone who joined this celebration, supported Ukraine, and helped bring our culture to the world! 💙💛
