The event will unite key integrators, best urbanists, advanced infrastructure experts from all over Ukraine, near and far abroad. The main core of the Forum will contain an active, ideological community which is represented by everyone who has already contributed to the construction of digital cities in Ukraine and far abroad or plans to become a part of this irreversible process in the near future.

In the framework of Kyiv Smart City Forum 2017 will be held panel discussions on the following topics:
- Safe city, safe roads, transport and ICT of city;
- creative economy and culture of the city;
- renewable energy and energy efficiency of city; 
- Е-democracy and open government.
