A solemn ceremony was hosted in the Rideau Hall -the residence of the Governor General.

After the official part, the Ambassador had a tete-a-tete conversation with Governor General David Johnston. The parties discussed the issues of further development of fruitful bilateral cooperation. The Ambassador thanked the Canadian people for their invaluable and timely support to Ukraine in the face of continuing Russian aggression.
