During a friendly gathering Ukrainian community in Ottawa a contest of traditional Ukrainian Christmas dishes was held.

The winners, who presented the most delicious Kutya, received prizes from the Embassy.

During the Christmas meeting, attendees had an opportunity to enjoy traditional carols (kolyadky and schedrivky) performed by choirs.
