President pays tribute to victims of Babyn Yar

President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych paid tribute to the victims of Babyn Yar. The Head of State laid flowers at the monument in the National Historical and Memorial Preserve "Babyn Yar" in Kyiv.
The ceremony was attended by public representatives, clergy, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, NSDC Secretary Andriy Kliuyev, Kyiv CSA Head Oleksandr Popov and Kyiv RSA Head Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk.
The participants of the ceremony paid tribute to the deceased with a moment of silence.
